Our nurses and clinic staff
Two staff nurses, two medical assistants, an assistant pharmacist and a clinical assistant. They do your dressings, injections and blood tests, prepare your medicine at the pharmacy counter, and are on duty at 3am the same as at 3pm.

Are you really open 24 hours?
Yes. We are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including weekends and public holidays.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome at any hour, day or night. If you have a question before coming, WhatsApp us at 012-939 3537.
Do you offer medical check-up packages?
Yes. We have check-up packages with blood tests and ECG heart checks, and single tests if you only need one. See our medical check-up page.
Can I get a blood test at the clinic?
Yes. We do blood tests on their own or as part of a check-up. Walk in and the doctor will arrange the tests you need.
Do you do pre-employment medicals?
Yes. We do the examination and the tests your employer asks for, and complete their forms. See pre-employment medicals.
Which vaccinations do you give?
Childhood immunisations, flu shots, travel vaccines, adult boosters, and the vaccines needed for Haji and Umrah. See our vaccinations page.
Do you have ECG and ultrasound?
Yes. ECG heart checks and ultrasound scans are done at the clinic. The doctor will advise which tests suit you.
Do you treat knee pain and give knee injections?
Yes. Our doctor assesses knee pain and offers intra-articular knee injections for suitable patients, including those with knee osteoarthritis. No referral needed.
Do you do antenatal check-ups?
Yes. We do routine antenatal follow-ups and pregnancy monitoring when the doctor finds them suitable.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We see patients of all ages, from babies to grandparents, including childhood immunisations.
Do you provide emergency treatment?
We treat urgent conditions around the clock. For life-threatening emergencies, please call 999 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
